The project encapsulated a lot of qualities of other projects that were focused on one or two elements.
It seemed to hit a lot of the big ticket items that we saw on other projects, and did it as well or better. Probably the most understated but successful planting in an urban condition that we saw today.
The landscape is quite nice and maintained not to the level of a private residence, this place is so energized in the evening and because of that so many people can experience the life of the space, a lot of outdoor dining and gathering and, for that purpose, it fulfills that community essence for a President’s Award.
