Groundwork San Diego-Chollas Creek is requesting bids from qualified firms or individuals to provide professional services in the area of community-driven Green Stormwater Infrastructure planning and design. Services may include landscape architecture, engineering, community engagement, urban planning,communications. Reporting to Groundwork San Diego-Chollas Creek, the Contractor will lead the project management and technical analysis necessary to develop a green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) plan for the Chollas Creek Watershed that provides the City of San Diego with a clear roadmap for implementing future water quality capital improvement projects that also advance community resilience goals. This scope of work builds off of the Chollas Blue Green Vision, a community-centered multi-benefit GSI planning framework. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified service provider to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective professional services.
