Solana beach hike and happy hour – Annie’s canyon, Harbaugh trails, & Solana beach rail trail. Come join us for a casual Saturday of exploring the local trails of Solana beach, highlighting the natural landscape as well as project designed by local landscape architects who will be joining us to talk about the design process. Food and drinks at Pizza Port afterwards.
What to bring: shoes for trail hiking, sunscreen, water.
Where to meet: Grounded Landscape Architecture
There is free parking at the coaster lot.
Itinerary:
10:30- meet at Grounded Landscape architecture: 200 N. Cedros Ave., Solana Beach Ca 92075
11:00 – walk through Solana beach rail trail. JT Barr or Schmidt employee to give brief talk about the design.
11:30 – walk through Harbaugh trails. Rich Risner from Grounded Landscape Architecture to give brief talk about the project.
12:00-1:00 – hike Annie’s canyon
1:30- arrive at pizza port in Solana beach.
3:30 – end
