Please join us on Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm to celebrate spring amid the region’s most spectacular historical gardens at Fiesta Botanica: Celebrating Balboa park’s Plant & Gardens.
The family-friendly festival is free and kicks off with the Fiesta Botanica Wagon parade along El Prado.
The festivities continue with horticultural-themed lectures and demonstrations, hands-on activities for kids, live entertainment, tours of the park’s historic gardens, plant sales, food trucks, and more.
This year’s celebration will also pay special recognition to the 150 year anniversary of the park’s founding by the City of San Diego Board of Trustees on May 26, 1868.
