• Positions available: Senior Landscape Architect/Project Manager
Senior Landscape Architect / Project Manager Candidates must have at least 7 years experience in landscape architecture, including proven proficiency in project management (including proposal preparation, budget management and client relations), hand drawn graphics and presentations, and AutoCAD. This position requires strong skills in the design, layout and production of landscape architectural construction documents. Candidates must possess excellent writing, communication and organizational skills. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent) in landscape architecture. Additional skills considered a plus: Masters degree in landscape architecture. Experience working for a private landscape architecture consulting firm. Existing private client base. Experience in MicroStation, especially experience associated with the preparation of landscape plans for Caltrans projects. Experience with visual simulations/modeling and/or preparation of visual impact assessments in compliance with Caltrans/FHWA, BLM, and/or County of San Diego requirements. Urban planning firm headquartered in San Diego seeks candidate with bachelors or masters degree in planning, landscape architecture, architecture, civil engineering or a related field. Individual will participate in multidisciplinary master planning, space planning, environmental planning, facility requirements studies, infrastructure studies, and programming for Department of Defense clients. Current projects are in multiple locations around the country and overseas.
